Download TeamViewer

Go to the official TeamViewer website and download the free version for your operating system.

Install TeamViewer

Windows: Run the downloaded .exe file. Choose "Basic installation" when prompted and click Accept & Run.

Mac: Open the downloaded .dmg file, drag TeamViewer to your Applications folder, then open it.

Find your Remote ID and Password

Once TeamViewer is open, you'll see a window with two pieces of information on the left side:

infoThe password changes each time you restart TeamViewer.

Enter your details on the Wilson's Tech Support page

Copy your Your ID and Password from TeamViewer and paste them into the two fields on the "Get Connected" page.

Click Notify Chuck โ€” he'll connect within a few minutes.

Wait for Chuck to connect

Keep TeamViewer open. You'll see a notification when Chuck connects, and your mouse will start moving.

To end the session at any time, click the X button in the TeamViewer session bar at the top of your screen, or simply close TeamViewer.

Troubleshooting

TeamViewer says 'Not ready'

Check your internet connection. TeamViewer requires an active internet connection to generate an ID.

My ID is not showing

Wait 30 seconds after opening TeamViewer. If it still doesn't appear, restart the application.

Chuck can't connect

Make sure TeamViewer is still open and you haven't clicked anything that closed the session window.
