Download TeamViewer
Go to teamviewer.com/download and get the free version for your OS.

Install it
Windows: run the .exe, choose Basic installation. Mac: open the .dmg and drag to Applications.

Find your ID and Password
Both appear on the left side of the main TeamViewer window.

Share with Chuck
Tell Chuck your ID and Password over email or phone so he can connect.
