AnyDesk is a lightweight, fast remote access tool โ ideal for slower connections. Follow these steps to get connected with Chuck.

Download AnyDesk
Go to the official AnyDesk website and download the free version. AnyDesk is very small (under 4MB) and doesn't even require installation.

Open AnyDesk
Windows: Simply double-click the downloaded .exe file โ no installation needed. AnyDesk runs immediately.
Mac: Open the downloaded .dmg file and double-click AnyDesk to run it.
Find your AnyDesk Address and Password
Once AnyDesk opens, you'll see your unique AnyDesk Address (a 9-digit number) in the center of the window.
To set a session password in AnyDesk: click the hamburger menu (โฐ) โ Security โ set a password. Use any password you like โ just make a note of it.
Enter your details on the Wilson's Tech Support page
Enter your AnyDesk Address in the Remote ID field and your session password in the Password field.
Click Notify Chuck โ he'll connect shortly.
Accept the incoming connection
When Chuck connects, AnyDesk will show a pop-up asking you to Accept the incoming connection. Click Accept.
To end the session, click the red Disconnect button in the AnyDesk toolbar or simply close the application.
Troubleshooting
AnyDesk shows 'Not ready'
Check your internet connection. AnyDesk requires internet access to generate your address.
I don't see a session password option
Go to the hamburger menu (top-right) โ Settings โ Security โ Enable unattended access or set an interactive password.
Chuck is getting a 'connection refused' error
Make sure you clicked Accept when the connection request appeared. Check that AnyDesk is still open.
