Secure Remote Access
Your privacy and security are our highest priority. Here's exactly how every remote session is kept safe.
You are always in control
Chuck can only connect to your device after you provide your Remote ID and session password. Without those, no connection is possible — ever.
You can terminate the session instantly at any time by simply closing TeamViewer or AnyDesk. The session ends immediately and access is revoked.
End-to-end encryption
Both TeamViewer and AnyDesk use AES 256-bit encryption for all session data — the same standard used by banks and governments worldwide.
No session data is transmitted in plain text. Your screen, inputs, and files are fully encrypted throughout the entire session.
Session passwords are single-use
Each time you open TeamViewer or AnyDesk, a brand new session password is generated automatically. The password you share today cannot be used to reconnect tomorrow.
After your session ends, the credentials expire and cannot be reused.
